Please include the app name, your device model, iOS version, whether the issue involves weather lookup or purchases, and a short description of what happened.
PackCast does not require an account. For purchase issues, use Restore in the app first, then contact support if the App Store purchase still does not appear. Premium entitlement and restore status may be checked through Apple and RevenueCat purchase records.
